Packaging machinery maintenance knowledge

Several key points for the maintenance of packaging machinery: cleaning, fastening, adjustment, lubrication and anti-corrosion. In the normal production process, all machine maintenance personnel shall strictly carry out all maintenance work within the specified period according to the maintenance manual and maintenance procedures of the machine packaging equipment, reduce the wear rate of parts, eliminate the hidden trouble that causes failure, and extend the service life of the machine.

Maintenance includes routine maintenance, regular maintenance, seasonal maintenance and out of service maintenance.

Routine maintenance focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and fastening. Routine maintenance shall be carried out as required during and after the operation of the machine.

The maintenance work is carried out on the basis of routine maintenance, and the key work content is lubrication, fastening and inspection of relevant parts and their cleaning.

The secondary maintenance shall focus on inspection and adjustment. Check the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and braking components.

The third level maintenance focuses on detecting, adjusting, removing hidden troubles and balancing the wear degree of each component. The parts that affect the performance of the equipment and the parts with signs of failure shall be diagnosed and checked for status, so as to complete the replacement, adjustment and troubleshooting.

Seasonal maintenance refers to the inspection of fuel and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system, starting system and other components of the packaging equipment every summer and before winter.

Out of service maintenance refers to cleaning, cosmetic surgery, supporting, anti-corrosion and other work when the packaging equipment needs to be out of service for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as winter break).
